Process
Step 1: Submit a Referral
Contact us directly by phone to check availability.
If we have capacity then we will ask you to email details:
- Childs name and referral details
- Current location
- Plan
- Risk
Step 2: Rapid Response
Our team will review the referral and organise pick up:
- Confirm arrangements
- Clarify logistics and passwords
- Confirm cost
- Confirm pick up
- We coordinate directly with hospital teams, families, and Police.
Step 3: Coordinate
We will contact EDS and give an update on non working days:
On working days we will contact local authority children's team and work with them for further instructions.
STEP 4: Invoicing
We will send invoice to relevant accounts department.
